Guest Information If you are a registered guest, you may enter your name, email address, or phone number to access your door code and personalize your stay. This information is used solely to verify your reservation and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Information We Do Not Collect We do not collect analytics data, advertising identifiers, or any personal information beyond what is described above. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.

Data Retention Guest contact information entered in the App is stored only on your device and is automatically cleared after your stay ends or after 30 minutes of the App being in the background.

Children's Privacy Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
